The first tool we'll show you that lets you extract data tables out of PDFs is Tabula:Tabula is a small open-source software that you can download on your Windows or Mac. Once you installed it and clicked on the tool icon, it will open in your browser, like Firefox or Chrome. But don't worry: All your data will be processed on your computer. Go to Overview and select Exports and reports. In the Transactions section, select Export CSV, QBO, QIF, OFX file. Choose a Date range, select accounts and choose a File format and Date format, then select Export. Manage the downloaded file on your desktop.
Refresh.Convert CSV/XLS/XLSX, PDF, QFX/OFX/QBO/QIF to CSV/Excel and import into Excel.
